Expected Attendance: 75-100 attendees
The Lake Arrowhead Conference titled "Our Galactic Ecosystem: Opportunities and Diagnostics in the Infrared and Beyond" will be held as an in-person event with the following COVID-19 safety protocols.
Step 2: COVID-19 Screening
Please be advised that all attendees must submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination before the event. Please use the link below to access our COVID-19 screening portal, before registering.
Step 3: Conference Registration
Following the precedent set by the AAS for the Salt Lake City meeting (AAS 239) we will require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 from all attendees of the conference.
Total attendance is limited due to housing availability, so please register early.

Spouses, and Children
Children under 3yrs board for free.
The package rate for children 3-11yrs is $68 per child, per night.
The package rate for non-participants (spouses and guests) is $100 per person, per night.
Theses packages includes the following:
Three Meals (starts with dinner night of arrival and continues the following day with breakfast and lunch).
Access to all recreational activities and use of equipment.
Beverage break located in the main lobby with hot cocoa, iced water, iced tea and lemonade.
Internet.
